CARGO Architecture

CARGO Architecture was founded in Toronto in 2006 by Charles-Bernard Gagnon, under the initial name Charles-Bernard Gagnon Building Workshop Inc. “We believe that a contextual, functional and elegant architecture, in tune with social and economic issues, cultural and ecological heritages, contributes to the re-generation of our cities and towns in Canada and elsewhere in the world.”
CARGO Architecture works with Canadian organizations such as the Canada Green Building Council (LEED Canada), Natural Resources Canada and FPInnovation to promote the use of lumber in commercial buildings.
The studio currently has offices in both Quebec, Canada and Salt Lake City, USA.
