Located on the bank of Shoal Creek, one of two primary waterways traveling through Austin to the Colorado River, Belmont Park House consists of two weathered Douglas fir clad volumes which rise above the creek from a flush limestone plinth.

Located in the middle of a bull paddock sits an off-grid home inspired by the iconic Australian Akubra hat. This inspiration came about at the first meeting with the clients on their bull farm, around 50mins southeast of Tamworth.
Drawing on distant views from a bluff top, this 3,200-square-foot addition to an existing ranch house shared by four sisters in Weatherford, Texas, was designed to accommodate their need for additional communal living areas and guest space.
Set in beautiful Hampshire, the brief for this project was to design a cottage where friends and family could spend long periods of time just next door to the prime residence within the existing Farm.
The Anaz house lies adjacent to the plane-tree covered path, and can be understood as another pavilion along the way to the palace’s entrance sequence. The Project is located in a rural enclave close to the village of San Vitores, a few kilometres away from the Atlantic Coast, and in the former grounds of the Torreánaz Palace.
