One of the challenges when it came to the layout of the project was to strategically integrate the sculptural works of the owner into the project. In short, the emerging concept was an Art Gallery house.
The George house is a fun renovation of an existing two-storey home that was built in the 1980’s, situated on a green, low density housing estate.

In this four-story 1850s brownstone designed for a fashion designer, an art consultant and their children, a premium was placed on the way the space and interiors felt, first and foremost.
The house in question is located in the settlement of Yad Rambam, in the center of Israel, yet far from the hustle and bustle. This makes it an island of tranquility surrounded by open spaces and greenery visible from all directions.

The Box house was designed for a large family, with plans including a private room for each of them. To meet this challenge, all possible construction rights were maximized.
There’s a stage in life when children grow up and leave the nest. This was the case for a couple in their 60s who decided to revitalize and renew their home after all their children had left.
The new layout of the house allows its owners different levels of intimacy. The ground floor is very open and invites the family to spend time together.
