Broides Architects was founded in 2017 by Hila Rak Broides and Ran M. Broides. The studio focuses on planning high standard private houses and luxury apartments as well as boutique commercial spaces.

The two-level house is situated at the center of the lot, in a manner that each level enjoys a spacious yard. A decorative pool reveals a waterfall facade towards the entrance of the lot and is surrounded by an access ramp leading to the upper level of the house.
A house from the 1960s designed originally by Noy Pedro Architects was purchased and used by its owners as a home office. The building was extensively renovated while maintaining the original design.
Suspended Patio House is located in a quiet neighborhood near Tel Aviv, Israel. The rectangular prism, three story house comprising the ground floor, the first floor and the basement, has an exposed concrete frame from which the internal spaces and their openings were removed.
