About Condon Scott Architects

Led by directors Barry Condon (ANZIA) and Sarah Scott (FNZIA), Condon Scott Architects is a boutique, award-winning architectural studio located in Wanaka, New Zealand. Our innovative and experienced team of ten collaborate on projects from conception to completion.

Our design focus is bespoke, high-end residential homes, including new builds, renovations and alterations. We also have an interest in commercial architecture and have completed a wide range of commercial, community and tourism projects.

The majority of our projects are in Queenstown Lakes, Central Otago and Mackenzie Country and we have strong experience implementing the design process from afar, as many of our clients are based New Zealand wide or internationally.
