The completely renovated loft space is contained in New York’s iconic Sugar Warehouse building in Tribeca overlooking the Hudson River. The Warehouse was erected in 1853 by the Grocers Steam Sugar Refining Company and was at the time the City’s second tallest structure after the Brooklyn Bridge.

Dimcheff Smith Studio is the collaborative partnership of Lindsay Smith and Luben Dimcheff:
Lindsay Smith received her Master of Architecture degree with Distinction from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and her undergraduate degree in Architectural History from the University of Virginia. She is a registered Architect in New York and Virginia, a member of the AIA and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Luben Dimcheff received his Professional degree in Architecture from Cornell University and graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Seattle, where he studied fashion and interior design. He is on the faculty of Parsons, The New School for Design and is currently a Visiting Critic at Cornell AAP in New York City.
