Drawing inspiration from the Japanese Nakagin Capsule by Kurokawa, Bobhubski presented us the challenge to rethink our approach in designing for a narrow and minimalist living space, forcing us to be more creative with its spatial configuration and functional relationships in the way things could nest within one another.
March Studio was founded in 2007 by partners Rodney Eggleston and Anne-Laure Cavigneaux. Almost immediately we began to attract clients with creative ambitions, keen to explore the full potential of their project. The March Studio Team, raised on technology but passionate about hand-made objects and traditional processes, have well-developed skills in facilitating these conversations through to delivery.
Working across the fields of residential, retail, hospitality, experiential design and community engagement, we have developed a practice that produces internationally published and award-winning work.
As a collective of architects, designers and creators, though, we’re focused on realising projects with ingenuity and respect for locations, materials, processes and people.
