We are Pradeep Kodikara and Jineshi Samaraweera, both graduates of the City School of Architecture in Colombo. Developing environmentally appropriate design solutions is an integral part of our architectural practice. Kumaon Hotel is a small hotel in Uttarakhand, India Situated 1600m above sea level in the village of Kaser devi near the town of Almora. Its named after the region it is situated, ‘kumaon’ a region of mountains, valleys, forests and scenic lakes.
