The brainchild of developer/architect Michael Kirchman of GDS Development and designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, 25 Mercer’s Townhouse occupies three floors. The project is subdivided into five boutique residences including one townhouse, three full-floor loft apartments, and a duplex penthouse.
Alexander Severin trained and worked as an architectural designer before taking up architectural photography professionally. He explores conventions of architectural representation, both within the practice of architecture and beyond, focusing on the communication of architectural space and ideas.

Fogarty Finger Architecture crafts a striking residence within a landmarked industrial building. Taking tremendous care to preserve the original structure, which dates to the turn of the 20th century, the designers appended new spaces around the existing envelope.
