The site of Ghost House sits at the end of the former main drive and is partially sunken into the ground and bounded on three sides by retaining walls. The design seeks to be of exceptional quality and innovative design
The Two in One House features spectacular architecture through balanced touches of concrete, wood, black and white which seamlessly lace from the exterior to the interior of the house in all their glory.
The main footprint of the old house has been respected and the new contemporary family house takes on the memory of its original form while, refining the detail and layout of the spaces.
The biggest challenge for Dr. Atl 285 Housing Complex was integrating its inhabitants within the social tissue of the neighborhood. The use, of outdoor spaces, such as patios and the rooftop, created common areas that encourage coexistence.
The Breamtail House has been designed to have outlooks on both on the east and the west. The ground floor contains a master bedroom with an ensuite, a double garage, home offices, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Responding to a steep western facing site that overlooks Sydney’s Pittwater, Church Point House by CHROFI has a large sunken courtyard cut into the escarpment at the rear.
From the outside, Hansen Road House is an anonymous, almost austere, monumental facade anchored deeply into the hillside on a waterfront property.
To the ocean side, the Bellarine Peninsula House presents as two stacked, elongated volumes, one sheathed in a fine skin of concrete, the other in hardwood timber that will weather to a pale silver.
The contrast between the raw concrete facades and the interior of the House CG creates an intimate tactile sensation, experienced through the patios, the skylights and the stairs.
FURROW table is a prototype of outdoor/indoor side table made of cast concrete for the top, using the corrugated cardboard roll as the mold for the surface texture.
The Lake Washington House was conceived as a 21st Century retreat – an escape from expectations of modern life to a lakefront cabin near the city. The site is a narrow plot of land tightly wedged between existing single-family houses.
