History consists of countless fragments of time, lost in the restoration of temporal fragments, often referring to a period of resurrected history, spliced and carefully combed, whereby the city offers fresh charms to the depths of history.
We were approached by the owners of Moor House in Camberwell to transform this double fronted Victorian house into a more welcoming and expansive home for their family.
The Gut Wagram estate in Lower Austria’s Weinviertel clearly shows that destilat’s design can go far beyond the interior: cladding and plaza design, path guidance and even the planting plan for the castle’s garden (in collaboration with a landscape designer) reflect Destilat’s distinctive style.

The project scope included a restoration of the interior of the building to its original use as a medical office through a series of sensitive architectural and design solutions for our client, a young up-and-coming plastic surgeon who specializes in facial feminization and surgeries for transgender clients.
This renovation to a Victorian semi in Toronto’s Riverdale neighbourhood is a fine balance of restoration and the introduction of contemporary elements. The kitchen was moved from the rear of the house to the middle, with the dining room situated at the front of the house in the former parlour.
