Mercer Island House / Floisand Studio Architects
Nestled among the Mercer Island trees, this project renovated and modernized a 70’s-era Black and Caldwell spec home. Carefully detailed modifications preserved what the family loved about their home while creating more functional and fresh spaces inside and out.
Casa Tropical / Jaque Studio
Designed on a single level with an “L” layout and a north orientation, Casa Tropical was built to embrace the existing natural spring or “cenote” and take full advantage of the views of the surrounding jungle.
Shawme Lake Passive House / Kaplan Thompson Architects
As the oldest town on Cape Cod, Sandwich celebrates and perpetuates its historic, namesake architecture. Homes are characterized by simple forms and traditional English styles, adapted over time to the harsh, coastal climate and native resources.

Cadboro Bay Beach House / Falken Reynolds
After relocating to Victoria, an Edmonton family of five found their dream location on Cadboro Bay. Our clients wanted to bring as much of the beach in, by maximizing sight lines and using driftwood tones
