Gurdau Winery was founded in 2012 on a “green field”, with the planting of the first vines on the slopes above the village of Kurdějov. The village was historically one of the most important wine suppliers to the townspeople of Mikulov and Brno, as well as to the aristocratic courts in Moravia.
The design of Anaago Bistro aims to incorporate Yunnan’s unique features and beauty, blending natural materials and modern architectural vocabulary to create a small urban space full of modern Yunnan charm.
The interior of the understated building was inspired by the speakeasy bars and restaurants found under the bridges in New York City, with crittall-style windows and a palette of raw metals, exposed concrete finishes and warm timber panelling.
There’s a new beacon in North Amsterdam luring people to cross the river IJ: Polly Goudvisch. As soon as you step on the ferry from Amsterdam Central Station you can see the outline of this two-storey bar and restaurant illuminated by lightbulbs.

Before receiving the invitation of design for Chunyang Lure Bistro (hereinafter refer to Chunyang), as a customer, once I approached to this brand, I got a feeling of being free and easy, and realized its urban culture.
