About Andy Ryan
I am a New York based architecture, interiors, and home products photographer with over a decade of experience in photography and branded advertising.
After working in marketing and advertising on the West Coast, I decided to take my love of photography and visual storytelling to the next level and pursue it professionally. Since starting on my own, I have been featured in Domino Magazine and has worked with high profile designers and brands such as Lori Paranjape, NDA Architects, bulthaup Co. and more.
When not busy on shoots, I’m usually surfing and snowboarding, or road tripping throughout the Northeast with my dog Lexi as co-pilot. Born and raised in New York, I am continuously inspired by the urban environment and architectural landscape of New York City. I’m moved by the revitalized public spaces and art filled residences, and love exploring the rural areas that surround the city.
I have a unique background in marketing, working for brands and agencies. Over the course of 15 years, I’ve worked with blue chip brands in the fashion, lifestyle, consumer products and technology industries and have a keen understanding of end goal objectives. Above all, I know the value of creating beautiful imagery to tell the visual story of I am currently available for assignment throughout the Metro NYC region of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut; as well as the Hudson Valley & New England. I am also available for travel worldwide.
