Designed by the Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and built by Abode Modern Homes, the Bluebonnet Townhomes truly encompass the spirit of South Austin. Floor to ceiling custom windows were fashioned on-site, and a 20-ft slider opens to a grassy green just off the open concept living and dining area.

Design / Build in partnership with ROOT Design Company, Drophouse completed all steel and wood components for this ranch remodel and pool pavilion. Pool Pavilion features 4 sliding doors over 16′ tall and steel fireplace. Ranch house features zinc backsplash and steel firewood storage.
The Native Hostel, Bar & Kitchen is a boutique hostel, bar, cafe, and event space designed for the epicurean traveler and locals alike. It is nestled in an existing 2-story late 1800’s stone building and a mid-century brick warehouse right in the middle of the upcoming transit-oriented development adjacent to downtown.
On the site of the former Pearl Brewery in San Antonio design firm Roman and Williams – with their passionate and rigorous approach to historic architecture – have transformed a 19th century Brewhouse into Hotel Emma, an extraordinary 146-room boutique hotel with three inventive culinary venues that will richen and diversify the options in the area.
The RoadRunner Residence aims to inject new life into a classic design. The flat-roofed single story house completed in 2014 looks as if it is floating, nestled comfortably within the trees of the Texas hill country. Having lived in Chicago for quite some time, the clients had the opportunity to visit and fall in love with the Farnsworth House by Mies Van der Rohe.
Completed in 2015, this contemporary farmhouse mixes Scandinavian driven design with midcentury modern and bohemian accents. The color palette was inspired by two abstract paintings in the living room.
