The Altillo Cervantes Apartment is located on the top floor of the renovation we carried out on an exposed brick chalet from the 90s that we converted into a mixed-use apartment building.
The primary idea was to incorporate an extensive program into an apartment of only 40 square meters that did not have a single right angle because it was the top floor of a corner building in the Villa Devoto neighborhood.
The premise of the project was to maintain the old facade of the house. The existing house was only 70m2 with rooms that did not ventilate since the construction reached the bottom of the land.
MeCa House is an habitational experiment that revolves around Sustenance. This is what represents its clients’ lifestyle and their true self the best.
Highland Refuge is a small annex located in a private park belonging to an existing house in Pilar. Conceived by its owners as a space independent from the main house, it may be used to practice yoga and meditation, or be in seclusion.
The FRN House is located in front of the golf course of the Club Universidad de Buenos Aires in the gated community CUBA.
Rodríguez House is located in La Esperanza, a gated community halfway between Pilar and General Rodríguez. This rural urbanization’s great lots are surrounded by polo clubs. Its streets, made out of compact calcrete and crushed stone, are configured in accordance with the area’s longstanding woods.
This 450m2 house is located in a corner lot, in a closed neighborhood of the city of Adrogué, in Buenos Aires. In the form of an “L” the house embraces the central garden from the outside towards the inside.
The Casa Quinta San Miguel is located on the western outskirts of Buenos Aires in a low density residential area characterized by it’s irregular urban fabric and use for weekend houses.
This Chacarita small apartment, residual product of the fragmentation of a property built in the 50s in Buenos Aires, Argentina, forms an “ochava” on the first floor with visuals as open to the outside as exposed to the curious look from the street.
Casa Arturo is located in Mar del Plata, Argentina. This house responds to the requirements of a young family, who prioritizes the privacy and the relationship with the green areas. Bearing in mind those premises, the design tries to create a limit from the street, which results in a simple façade.
