Nestled in a peninsula on Ossipee Lake, New Hampshire, the Anker Jordan cottage is formed by two conjoined prisms that provide an elegant and singular resolution to a wide range of desires and concerns.
Located on a small island off the coast of Maine, this project began as a renovation. Initially, our clients hoped that an existing building on their property could be rehabilitated: a structure that accompanied the 100 year old farmhouse that has been their summer home for close to 40 years.
Captain Kelly’s Cottage involves the painstakingly considered restoration of the original weatherboard cottage on a remote bay of Bruny Island, Tasmania. Captain Kelly built the cottage in the 1830’s. The original cottage consisted of two structures: bedrooms and kitchen, surrounded by a wide verandah.
The Boréale villa is a charming Scandinavian inspiration residence located in Charlevoix, an eastern region of the Quebec Province well known for its wooded valleys, skiable mountains and breathtaking points of view.
