This project is a single family residence in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. It entails the construction of a new two-story brick masonry residence, with a glass enclosed walkway that leads to a renovated existing coach house structure.
Eastlake Studio has designed the new offices of packaging design company Equator Design. The new offices are located in Chicago, Illinois. Upon realizing rapid growth, Equator retained Eastlake to design a larger office in the same building less than two years after our initial design.
This project combines two unfinished penthouse apartments in one of Chicago’s Gold Coast buildings inspired by early modern Parisian architecture.
