Rustic Zen Apartment by ZERO9 spans 4,200 sq ft on a single floor that blends two separate units. Here, raw textures meet refined lines. Warm wood slices and hexagonal tiles coexist with sleek glass partitions. Consequently, the home feels both earthy and elegant. Natural materials ground the design, while open volumes keep it light and modern.
Perched on the 31st floor of a Mumbai high-rise, the Wedged Apartment by DIG Architects is a refined 4BHK with 1800 sq. ft. of space and expansive balconies. The design revolves around a unique concept: “wedges and angular surfaces.” This theme appears in different forms throughout the apartment, creating a cohesive, modern look.
Although they owned two acres of land, our client’s requirements were modest. They asked us to build a 2100 sft single level pavilion as a retreat to escape the frenetic pace of Mumbai life and to reinvigorate the senses.
Located on the roof of a 12 storey building of a duplex apartment, this space was conceptualized as a ‘Veranda’. (Hindi meaning: A transitional space between public and private area or, between a house and a street). A concept, which conjures up an image of a welcoming social space meant for all.
