Modern Duplex in Curitiba / Estúdio Elmor

Integration was the keyword and main concept for the development of this project, located in Curitiba, Paraná. Responding to the request of the owners, a couple who enjoy entertaining, architect Jorge Elmor, from Estúdio Elmor, transformed a segmented duplex, with a traditional layout, into a spacious and integrated apartment.

Located just 4.5 miles from the Texas State Capitol, the house highlights Austin’s landscape and skyline through a design that respects the neighborhood while capturing expansive downtown views and the surrounding greenbelt.
