How Perfect Balance House Redefines Family Living

Nestled on the site of a long-standing family home brimming with memories, Shpigel Architects transformed the original structure into Perfect Balance House. The family of six commissioned Ron Shpigel’s team to preserve the home’s emotional resonance while reimagining its form and function for modern life.

Moshav House, designed by Ron Shpigel Architects, is a one-of-a-kind home inspired by the surrounding horse farms. Located on a sloping plot, this home stands out for its natural, rustic aesthetic combined with modern functionality. Architect Ron Shpigel, who has worked with the family for nearly a decade, skillfully incorporated elements from the farm into the design.

The house sits on half a dunam, built 360 sqm, in Ramat Gan. The house was built for a couple plus 4 children. The old house was 40 years old and it was decided to take inspiration from the old house, due to its special taste, with special roofs, and continue to go on with the concept.
