The project consists of the renovation of a modernist home located in a XIX century apartment building on the central Paseo San Juan in Barcelona.
This house has been designed under the PassiveHaus standards, being strict in the application of its criteria to reduce as much as possible the energy demand of the house, taking it to the extreme.
This four-storey house was purchased with a completed floor plan and interior. We carried out a large-scale reconstruction, changing the interior entirely, using every inch of space to maximum efficiency.
