This 700 square meters isolated single-family house, with a CLT wood structure, was designed for a family with small children who trusted Ábaton for the project. In this case, the studio developed the interior design and landscaping projects, as well as took care of the architecture and construction.
Can Santacilia is a 3,300m2 residential building with 15 apartments and common areas. It is a careful renovation of two buildings located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca’s old town.
The PR house is located in a slopy terrain which has the virtue to be localised in a fairly high topographic altitude, due to this, with visual orientation to the litoral mountain range, the urban center and the sea.
The building object of this rehabilitation is a single-family house between party walls built in Barcelona in 1942. In the urban fabric of the neighbourhood, typologies from the early 1900s and new buildings coexist.
The Viva la Vega house serves as a manifesto and transmitting element of the love that clients profess to this agricultural territory to their two children, allowing them to also enjoy an atmosphere similar to that of their childhood.
The project consists of making a musician’s studio coexist with his home. Located in a residential area near Valencia, where neighboring houses are very close to each other.
Villa Patio sits on a gently sloping site located in Coves Noves, a small urbanisation on the north-east coast of Minorca’s island, Spain. The plot has great views over the Mediterranean Sea, but unfortunately has also a 10-storey hotel shooting up in the horizon;
