KNIT house is built on a slope stretching from the mountainside to the base of the mountain, where there has been residential development since the 1970s. While the site is located near the city center, the area is abundant with greenery and nature.

Node House is a single family home designed by UID Architects in Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan. Description by UID Architects: On the south side of the site there is a rich forest where animals and plans reside and on the back north side where hilly land was developed into a residential area in a tiered platform.
