St James Park Residences is a boutique apartment project in Hawthorn, meticulously designed by LIFE Architecture and Urban Design in collaboration with the Sora interior design team. Located at 1A Yarra Street—just five kilometres from the Melbourne CBD—this five‑level development features 19 individually designed residences that offer uninterrupted views of the adjacent, leafy St James Park.
