Tree Vertical House / dSPACE Studio

Tree Vertical House, Indiana / dSPACE Studio

Tree Vertical House sits atop a sloping, wooded site in the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. To minimize its impact on the federally protected dunes, the architects designed a vertical home with a minimal footprint. As a result, the house becomes a tranquil vacation retreat that soars among the trees, offering views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline.

A Midtown Revival – Harmonizing Tradition and Modernity

“Midtown Revival” embodies our newfound appreciation for Italian design—a passion that blossomed during our recent journey to Milan for the Salone del Mobile. On that trip, we discovered exceptional designers, toured exquisite villas, and explored vintage furniture shops throughout the city.

Palm Beach Tree House / Richard Cole Architecture

Palm Beach Tree House by Richard Cole Architecture transforms an existing storm-damaged cottage into a modern, nature-connected retreat. Situated on steep sandstone slopes among the treetops above Palm Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the project enhances the building’s amenity while preserving its original character and its strong bond with the surrounding landscape.

Proverbs14 House / Bijl Architecture

Proverbs14 House is a modest addition that transforms a well-lived life. Located in Cammeray on Sydney’s lower north shore, this slender heritage cottage dates back to the 1920s and has been in the client’s family for generations. Over time, the cottage grew worn and in need of modern updates, especially for a single, older woman who worked in healthcare across Australia.
