NET OFFICE FURNITURE is a Shenzhen-based furniture supplier, which sells products of various well-known brands such as Vitra, Milliken, Boss, etc. It entrusted Super Normal to transform and upgrade a showroom that displays Vitra’s products.
Substances are “symbolized,” interpreted, and screened by individuals, that reflects their feedback on practices in the world. Everyone is a part of the collective society and connects with the world, holding on his or her views.
The agricultural complex is composed of five structures—a mix of old and new—including a renovated 105-year-old cotton gin building, a large, renovated steel equipment shed, a historic elevated grain augur, four vintage silos, and three new buildings.
The project is a bookstore-themed commercial complex, which offers lifestyle aesthetic experience with multiple business forms via a “culture + commerce” design strategy. The 18m-high and 240m-long artistic book walls in it are striking and pioneering, bringing a brand-new image of urban commercial space to Xi’an and even China.
Nina Ballroom is the pilot project for the re-branded L’ hotel Nina et Convention Centre, a hotel rooted in Hong Kong and founded by the late business icon Nina Wang. The brand takes Generosity and Social Responsibility as its key attributes, which are well expressed in Nina Ballroom.
Located in the commercial hub of Xiamen Island, the project is a flagship store of HEYTEA LAB, China’s leading tea drink brand. Based on characteristics of the open two-storey architectural space, MOC DESIGN OFFICE created bottom-up oblique order within it, which accommodates various possibilities for urban life and socializing.
