Estetyczna Grupa Headquarters by ArtUp Interiors combines modern elegance with the spirit of mid-century design. Created by Piotr Łucyan, the project captures the atmosphere of 1960s sophistication while meeting the functional needs of a leading cosmetics company. The result is a workspace that feels both luxurious and practical, designed to inspire creativity and comfort.

A Modern Vision Rooted in Classic Modernism

Located just outside Warsaw, the new headquarters of Estetyczna Grupa reinterprets the ideals of modernism with precision and warmth. The design draws from both pre-war and post-war aesthetics, using a calm palette of smoked oak, leather, and stone. These materials create a sense of continuity and quiet confidence.

Piotr Łucyan, known for his refined residential interiors, brings the same attention to art and craftsmanship into this commercial project. His goal was to design an environment that would mirror the company’s identity—sophisticated, innovative, and connected to beauty. The inspiration came partly from the visual language of Mad Men, where refinement and optimism defined modern life.

Entering the World of Beauty

The journey begins in the lobby. Walls lined with smoked oak panels set an immediate tone of understated luxury. The low, rounded reception desk invites openness and interaction, echoing pre-war modernism. Discreet plasterwork on the columns nods to the 1930s, while clean geometry connects the space to today’s design language.

The atmosphere changes slightly with touches of the 1960s. Three “Star” clocks by George Nelson show time in the company’s main markets, while soft “Le Club” armchairs by Poliform add comfort and style. Nearby, black “Roly Poly” seats by Driade and a living green wall bring contrast and freshness. Together, these elements create an environment that feels cultured, welcoming, and distinctively modern.

A Personal Statement: The CEO’s Office

The executive floor continues the elegant mood with darker tones and rich textures. From the staircase, oak paneling leads to the secretary’s area, where curved desks and flocked walls recall 1930s luxury. Beyond lies the CEO’s office—the centerpiece of the project.

Here, craftsmanship meets personal expression. The room features the Camaleonda sofa by B&B Italia, a leather-upholstered desk from Poltrona Frau, and a suede-finished dry bar by Baxter. The conference table, designed by Patricia Urquiola for Viccarbe, adds a refined sculptural accent. Art pieces by Edward Dwurnik and accessories like the Locherber Milano scent totem complete the composition.

Technology also plays a key role. The Beovision Theatre system by Bang & Olufsen delivers high-end acoustics in an elegant form. Nearby, the golden Beosound 2 speaker functions as both sound system and sculpture. Even the Simon 100 matte-black light switches were selected for their tactile appeal and minimalist look. Every surface, handle, and switch was designed for comfort and long-term use.

Collaboration and Focus

The employees’ area continues the visual rhythm but adopts a lighter color scheme. A glass corridor connects the main stairway to open-plan work zones filled with natural light. Simple furniture, curated artworks, and live plants create a calm yet stimulating setting. The woven-pattern carpet and suspended ceiling improve acoustics, helping maintain focus throughout the day.

Conference rooms double as product galleries. Soft, directional lighting highlights the packaging and color of the cosmetics, turning each meeting into a sensory experience. The combination of clarity, texture, and detail reinforces the company’s identity as a brand built on precision and beauty.

Timeless Design for a Modern Brand

Estetyczna Grupa Headquarters by ArtUp Interiors shows how design can express both history and innovation. Each material, color, and object was chosen to create a dialogue between elegance and efficiency. The interior feels modern yet nostalgic, refined yet welcoming. It is a space where aesthetics enhance daily work and where timeless design supports a vision of lasting excellence.
