Kenzo Flat is a small apartment renovated by Olha Wood Interior Designer with emphasis on industrial interior design.
In 2012 we saw this uninhabitable flat. Although the bones of the space were good,it was quite rough, so our builders gutted it. The house rose up as a frame-and-beam structure that allowed us to remove all un-load bearing walls in the flat.
We have got two concrete pylons and two columns in the middle of the space. The uneven concrete columns were refined with plaster and painted with transparent lacquer. We organised the new space with dry walls and custom-made wooden furniture as approved in the new project. Implementation of the project took 18 months.
