The Výčep restaurant is situated in a tenement house in Prague’s Vinohrady. Our aim was to design a traditional Czech pub with a traditional Czech beer and cuisine, but interpreted in the 21st century.
The “ Explanada Reform ” arose from the need to adapt space and interior design to the changes experienced between differing generations, evolving and creating, bringing about as a result a new home.
This project was a major renovation to a 200 square metre waterfront property originally built in 1965. The main concept was to open up the entire upper level to create a seamless flow from front to back of the space
Point Grey Laneway, also known as Miko Laneway house, is a re-imagination of the traditional colonial style laneways proposed by the City of Vancouver’s Laneway program into form based and respectful of the Japanese Canadians that have lived in Vancouver for generations.
Future Metropolitan, part of “Metropolitan” project of Poly Real Estate, is located in Southern future science park in Changping District in Beijing and it’s the first complex built on the subway in a science park in China.
The Oleander house offers several points of connection with the outside: the porch on the first floor serves as a welcoming element, and the dining room that opens onto the garden provides a union with the outdoors.
