Samurai Duplex by SG2 Design
Two duplex townhouses were proposed to replace an existing weatherboard house in a quiet, leafy suburban environment. The units were designed to maximise floor area while respecting the surrounding neighbourhood context.

SG2 design is a multidisciplinary practice that specializes in architecture, design and project management.
Sebastiano Ghezzi is an Architect with a broad interest in all aspects of design, from small objects through to master-planning, and pays a close attention to detail. After having obtained a Bachelor of Architecture at RMIT University, he gained international experience over a wide range of building types in leading architectural firms, before establishing SG2 design in 2004.
Sebastiano is registered with the ARBV and a part-time tutor in Architecture & Urban Planning at RMIT University. He is also a representative of Virtual Lab software Australia which specialises in 3D-based architectural software, such as DCAD Render.
