Nestled among the Mercer Island trees, this project renovated and modernized a 70’s-era Black and Caldwell spec home. Carefully detailed modifications preserved what the family loved about their home while creating more functional and fresh spaces inside and out.
Designed on a single level with an “L” layout and a north orientation, Casa Tropical was built to embrace the existing natural spring or “cenote” and take full advantage of the views of the surrounding jungle.

In Silesia, in Bytom, in close proximity to a mine, the Bolko Loft was created – the family home of Przemo Lukasik – an architect who, despite an international career and spectacular projects around the world
