Located on the G Frond of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai Villa by SAOTA, in collaboration with CK Architecture Interiors, represents a refined expression of residential luxury. Conceived for developer Alpago Properties, the villa draws inspiration from its waterfront location and the surrounding urban landscape.

Located in Palo Alto’s flood zone, the Flowing Courtyard Eichler, designed by Klopf Architecture, underwent a phased renovation to accommodate a growing family of five. The design focused on both the practical needs of school proximity and nearby grandparents, as well as creating a more open and inviting space.

Hotel Rumour / Studio Modijefsky

Located near the iconic Burcht van Leiden castle, Studio Modijefsky designed Hotel Rumour by transforming a historic carriage house from 1657 into a vibrant social hub. Despite its name, Hotel Rumour is not a place for sleeping but offers spaces for dining, drinks, private gatherings, and even dance nights.

Inon Ben-David, owner of an architecture and interior design firm, oversaw the architectural planning and interior design of this unique house located in the Lower Galilee in Israel. The home sits on a plot of about half a dunam (0.12 acres) and spans approximately 250 square meters (2,690 square feet) across two floors.
