In the interior planning stage, emphasis was placed on a division in which the sea is present in all spaces of the BC apartment.

Gidon Levin is a photographer of architecture based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The designer from Studio Perri Interior Design and her husband bought an old apartment in Herzelia, 15 minutes from Tel Aviv and renovated it completely.
This modern urban apartment is 135 m² in size and includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, balcony, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room and a small room for the cats.
Located by the beach of busy Tel Aviv in a nostalgic old building, the 72 sqm apartment had been fully redesigned by MGA | Meirav Galan Architect, as a ‘Piece of Peacefulness by the sea’. The apartment, designed by Meirav Galan, was renovated while the building was under a reconstruction, which included a redefinition of the apartments’ layouts and a redesigned exterior skin, plentiful of big windows and new balconies facing the sea.
Inspired by two-dimensional graphic design, the King David apartment contains graphic elements such as a custom-made lamp in the living room which “climbs” up the wall in straight angles, white tile cladding with colorful grout in two bathrooms, thus creating grid-like graphic compositions.
This renovated apartment is located in a preserved Bauhaus building built in the 1930s in Tel-Aviv. The family apartment is located in the heart of Tel-Aviv, overlooking one of the most beautiful boulevards in the city next to Israel’s national theater “Habima”.
