Pacific House is an alteration and addition to an existing 1990’s concrete framed cliffside dwelling. It is exposed to the Easterly facing ocean and closely adjacent to similar cliffside dwelling structures. Alexander &CO. (A&CO.) have replanned the dwelling, adding external amenities including landscape works and a swimming pool.
Shaping Spotted Gum House was the client’s pursuit of sustainable design practices, her views on upholding a holistic wellness approach, and her forward-thinking innovation which were all informative to the design.
The Bondi Junction House is an alteration and addition to an existing 1900’s Victorian semi detached terrace dwelling in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney.
This project is the alteration and addition of an existing Victorian cottage in Darling Point, Sydney. In recognition of the local suburbs’ vernacular, the ambition was to pay homage to a traditional grand home within a limited footprint.
Stanton & Co is a restaurant interior fit out of an existing heritage shell. The venue holds 250 patrons and is a fine bar/bistro offering internal and external dining with an open show kitchen.
