The Lake Barcroft house departs from the “sea of sameness”, incorporating a large glass entry space and modern and durable exterior materials.
In this interior alteration project, the architect and new owner pushed the amenities to the forefront by reducing the program (4 bedrooms to 3), moving the kitchen (so as not to block the view of the river from the entry)
