Located in the heart of Menorca, Estancia San José is an extensive renovation of an old ruin and stone barn, carried out by Atelier du Pont in collaboration with ARU Arquitectura. Set on a vast 76-hectare site, this 300-square-meter summer residence embodies the local palette and heritage, merging rustic elements with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.
Son Blanc Hotel is located on a 130-hectare estate in an unspoiled and wild corner of the island of Menorca, with the sea in the background.
The Mr. Etienne apartment is located in an 18th century building, a stone’s throw from the Place des Victoires: a chic district for shock renovation.
The terrain that slopes gently towards the sea is typical of Cap Ferret: a small forest of strawberry tree, yucca and pines. The challenge was to design a modern holiday house that would exist in harmony with its surrounding landscape and have a limited impact on the existing vegetation.
