Apartments Levada are located in the residential complex of the same name Levada, which is located in the center of Minsk. The new complex is located on the banks of the river, in a park area.
The starting point for the creation of the design project was the bronze sculpture “Waiting for a Hero”. She became the very first purchase of the owner in a new apartment.
This is the third project for one of our customers. During our acquaintance, his taste preferences changed with himself, metamorphosed our ideas about what and how to design. We call this project “BONVIVAN apartment “.
Our task was to create a place where the owners of a spacious four-room apartment, in the center of Minsk will be able to relax and meet their guests. The apartment had a complex layout, with which we had to work a lot with.
This project was developed within the competition Belarus design award 2015 by Chernova Yuliya and Artem Tiutiunnyk (KOTRA architects). The theme of the competition has prompted us to create the house, inspired traditions and customs of our ancestors.
This office is the workspace of Studio11 – a young team of architects and designers from Belarus – and is based in Minsk. The layout consists of two work rooms, a kitchen, a separate room with materials and samples and a water closet.
