The project deals with the second stage of the conversion of the former ceramics factory in Kravsko. The original Baroque complex was built as an inn on the Prague-Vienna route.
The Slezská apartment is for a young family with two small children. The clients did not want to change the layout of the apartment, but the rest was a complete reconstruction, including all surfaces.
The concept was around the idea of “a warm nest”, a space to come together, a welcoming space, not intrusive nor invasive. Focusing on calm gatherings, time to reflect, relax, regain strength, get together with loved ones, embark the journey to recovery in peace.

The changes in working habits brought about by digitalisation, which the pandemic has only hastened, are part of Price f(x)’s identity. The management and employees of Price f(x) use their offices primarily for meetings that stimulate creative dialogue.
Two minimalist-shaped villas designed for short-term rent partially levitate above the edge of a steep hill of the overgrown jungle and bring endless views of the Pacific Ocean. Both villas were designed with respect to sustainability and the surrounding wild environment.
The client’s wish was to create a home that would provide a feeling of airiness and spaciousness and at the same time, they desired the possibility to separate the daily activities so the members of the household will not disturb each other.
