Bringing urban aesthetics indoors and fostering integrated spaces ideal for hosting friends and family were the main goals for Ricardo Home. Located in São Paulo, this 120-square-meter apartment underwent a thoughtful renovation led by architect Vinicius Almeida, principal at StudioVA Arquitetos.

Total renovation. House with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs. Upstairs there is a terrace with a vegetable garden and orchard. Downstairs we have a garage for 4 cars, laundry, integrated kitchen with dining, pantry, toilet, large living room, office, sewing studio, two external bathrooms and a large balcony with gourmet kitchen.

I wanted a smooth, flowing apartment. With light colors and not too dark. My old apartment had darker wood and I ended up getting sick of it. For this new house I wanted something timeless and extremely soft that could work with natural light and bring the landscaping I proposed for the balcony into the house.

Vila Mariana is an apartment for a couple without children. One is a psychiatrist and the other is an accountant. The couple’s intention was to integrate the spaces as possible, preserving the two bedrooms – one for the couple and the other as an office.

The Brisa House by FCstudio reimagines the concept of home by seamlessly combining design, sustainability, and innovation. Standing tall with its vertical structure, the house offers expansive sea views that enhance the living experience. Large windows and strategically placed balconies maximize visual contact with the ocean and surrounding nature, creating an immersive environment for residents.

Casa da Orla by Lucas Lage is a stunning family home situated in the picturesque Pampulha region of Belo Horizonte. This two-story, three-bedroom residence was built from the ground up to replace an old, poorly oriented cottage. The design prioritizes creating a comfortable “Home for the family,” where indoor spaces offer relaxation and outdoor areas seamlessly connect with nature.
