Agua House located in Eldorado do Sul, RS. The desire of the residents to live close to the water gave the name to the house. The project, developed by the office of Stemmer Rodrigues Architecture, brings this atmosphere to a residence of over 450 m².
The Itaim apartment was purchased, recently renovated, by a couple who live in Rio de Janeiro and spend part of the week working in São Paulo.
The social area was the center of the Campestre House, receiving friends and family in an integrated and connected way was the greatest wish. In addition, they wanted a home that was above all functional and economical.
