We were commissioned by a young couple to renovate a 100 m2 apartment by maximizing natural light while bringing expressive materials and textures to the interior.
We are thrilled to present you Villa Papillon (butterfly in French), a suggestive name for such a graceful, art-infused and modern ambience.
It’s a delicate house, with small blue accents which generates a perfect state of calm. The favourite element from this interior design is the ceiling , with a special trick used to keep the height of the rooms and to enjoy the warmth of diffused lights.
This stylish and colorful apartment spreads on almost 180 sq., it features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 dressings, an open-space kitchen, living-dining room, and a generous hallway entrance, not to forget the big terrace stretching on al the apartment length providing beautiful views towards the park through wide floor to ceiling windows.
The 150 sqm apartment covers the entire last floor of a newly built block of flats; it has a spacious terrace (around 60 sqm) and a smart partitioning, so we didn’t need to make radical changes in this aspect.
This Bucharest contemporary house building is located in a neighborhood of courtyard houses, a mix of volumes and styles where 4-5 storey interwar buildings can be seen next to modest ground floor longhouses.
