The 1.8-hectare site is a naturally formed terrace snuggled into the gentle north-sloping base of Queenstown Hill, overlooking the untamed Shotover River which disappears around the bend.
The Ranchero is a contemporary northwest escape that enables family and friends to socialize, recreate and relax in the surrounding natural environment. The exterior is sheathed in Cor-Ten steel with a tall concrete skirt to protect the house throughout the winter.
