The Whitefish Poolhouse is perched on a steep slope high above Whitefish Lake. Contemporary in aesthetic, the program includes a 75-foot-long, single-lane lap pool, a Japanese soaking tub, a changing/shower area, an exercise room and an art gallery.
This large wooded site is on a small bay on Lake Washington in the Washington Park neighborhood of Seattle. The parcel enjoys sweeping views of Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains was well suited for our client’s collection of specimen trees.
The Balmoral House is located within the lower north-shore suburb of Balmoral. The site presents many difficulties being wedged shaped, on the low side of the street, hemmed in by two substantial existing houses and with just half the land area of its neighbours.

We were asked to look at renovating and extending an existing 4-bedroom house on a long north/south axis site in Surrey. The existing house had a very poor connection to a fantastic rear garden. The plot is on the bend of the road and makes the Oatlands Close house sit at an angle to the long rear garden, which for us created an interesting dynamic and great opportunity.
