Mila House, Mallorca / Isla Architects

Mila House by Isla Architects is a creative transformation of a mid‑terrace home. Originally tucked between a small street and an alley, the project changed when the owners had the chance to purchase an adjacent plot. This long, narrow strip measures 25 meters by just 2.5 meters and was built edge to edge.

Adrienne House by Rachcoff Vella Architecture shows how careful renovation can bring modern living to a historic home. The project adds new spaces—a study, bedroom, ensuite, and dressing room—without compromising the building’s original charm. In addition, a new first floor has been built with a small library, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom.
