Located within an ancient stone edifice adorned with high ceilings, large windows, and vaulted cross arches, Harli Offices houses the Jerusalem Development Authority. Ollech + Tol faced the challenge of integrating modern office functions into a building that embodies Jerusalem’s layered architectural history.
