The project brief was to refurbish the interior of one floor of a multi-generational Secession villa and to allocate a separate apartment unit due to the need for a greater degree of privacy for a young couple.
The Slezská apartment is for a young family with two small children. The clients did not want to change the layout of the apartment, but the rest was a complete reconstruction, including all surfaces.
The Fibonacci patio is surrounded by indirect lighting facing the new stone walls, additionally has a split in two different functional levels
The Tusarova apartment is located in an apartment building from the 1970s, which at first glance catches the eye with its brutalist architecture, designed by the architect Karl Filsak, and a series of sash windows.
Welcome Home is a bright apartment in a new building with large terraces and views of Prague. Where one cooks, eats, works, where children play, watch TV, read, create and sleep.
The changes in working habits brought about by digitalisation, which the pandemic has only hastened, are part of Price f(x)’s identity. The management and employees of Price f(x) use their offices primarily for meetings that stimulate creative dialogue.
