LABI is a 15,000-square-foot workplace renovation of a warehouse constructed in the 1880s. Architecturally, the design sought to express the original bones of the building with interiors that spoke to the cultural and natural landscape of southern Louisiana.
Situated in a well-established uptown neighborhood of otherwise ornate, traditional Southern homes, the Webster Street Residence stands out for its modern use of brick, storefront glazing, metal trim, and contemporary detailing.
The Shop is a comprehensive co-working development that is located on the third and forth floors of the Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) in downtown New Orleans, one of New Orleans’ most important cultural institutions.
