The complete remodel transformed the Pole Residence into to a light-filled, open plan jewel-box of a house, that now delights and serves the client. The focus of this project was on the quality of the space, not the quantity, allowing higher grade materials while remaining budget conscious.
Reclining within an exclusive node in western Singapore, Faber house looks perfectly suited to its lavish milieu – at home amongst the quaint bungalows in this cozy enclave. This bespoke residence was designed to fulfill the specific needs of the client, where their two foremost considerations were family and friends.
Mantiqueira House is a private residence designed by Una Arquitetos, an association of architects formed in 1996 by the Architecture and Urbanism College, University of São Paulo. The house is built on top of Mantiqueira, a 500 km mountain range that crosses the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro.
Rishon LeZion House is a single-family house designed by Shachar Rozenfeld Architects, an Israeli studio founded in 2009 by the architects Yael Shachar and Lior Rozenfeld. The house is built on a narrow trapezoid lot, bordering a small green public park with ancient Eucalyptus trees.
Za House, built in Irus village Israel, has a footprint of 340 sqm. on a 500 sqm. lot. The project was completed by Shachar Rozenfeld Architects. Irus village itself was established five years ago, west of Nes Ziona, on open limestone hills that were divided into 450 lots, each the size of 500 sqm.
Eirus House is a single-family house designed by Dan and Hila Israelevitz Architects. Located in Irus, Israel, the house is meant to serve three grown-up children in suites and their parents.
Clouds, drizzle, rain, snow or hail, in all its physical states water is related to sky. However, if we are requested to think about a [swimming] pool, our imagination automatically starts to dig into the ground. Seas, lakes, and ponds explain the reason we react in that direction: essentially, a pool fells like a piece of a lake.
Designed by Alfonso Quiñones of Baaq studio based in Mexico City, Casa Cal is part of a group of six houses near Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca – a popular tourist destination, with scenic beaches and a thriving surf culture.Â
