A’ Design Award and Competition is the worlds’ largest design competition awarding best designs, design concepts and products & services. The A’ Design Competition is organized annually and participation is accepted worldwide.

A’ Design Award & Competition is organized under many different categories. Each design competition category has a specific brief, a dedicated jury and distinct evaluation criteria in order for the submissions the category to be fairly evaluated. A’ Design Award categories can be summarized into 4 headings: 1. Industrial Design Competitions, 2. Graphics Design Competitions, 3. Architecture and Interior Design Awards, 4. Arts and Engineering Awards.
The A’ Design Award stands out for its exceptional scale; with over 100 design categories. Alongside a category for Architecture, Building, and Structure Design, the award also includes Interior Space and Exhibition Design, Landscape Planning and Garden Design, Urban Planning and Urban Design, Engineering, Construction and Infrastructure Design, and dozens more. Winners of an A’ Design Award receive a trophy alongside a host of other benefits: a certificate, inclusion in an exhibition, inclusion in a yearbook publication, winners’ badges, an exclusive interview to be featured on the A’ Design Awards website, inclusion in the world design rankings, an invite to a gala night hosted by the awards for networking, feedback notes from the award jury, and participation in an extensive PR campaign are all offered to winners. For 2020 – 2021 there are 211 Jury Members forming the International Design Academy – The Grand A’ Design Award Jury Panel. Please feel free to check the Jury criteria here.
Good design award jury panels shall be multidisciplinary and comprised of recognized but most importantly experienced international designers, professors, entrepreneurs, journalists and publishers who can truly validate and evaluate design using their wisdom, experience, specialization and technical knowledge.
